Keto Molasses Balls

  • 0.5 tbsp xylitol sweetener or your sweetener of choice
  • 3/4 cup vanilla protein powder I use zero carb Isopure creamy vanilla
  • 7 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/8 tsp cloves ground
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds ground
  • 1 tsp ginger ground
  • 1 tbsp yacon syrup
  • 3 tbsp almond milk
    1. Place protein powder, almond flour, cinnamon, cloves, chai seeds, and ginger in a mixing bowl
    2. Mix until thoroughly blended
    3. Add the yacon syrup and milk to the mixing bowl
    4. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. I use my Kitchen Aid mixer. The dough will be sticky.
    5. Form into 10 balls
    6. Place each ball on parchment paper. do not use wax paper.
    7. Sprinkle a small amount of xylitol granulated sweetener on top of each ball
    8. Place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes
    9. Store uneaten balls in the refrigerator on parchment paper in air tight container.
    10. Each ball has 2g Net Carbs
