Caramel Maca White Chocolates

  • 1 cup cacao butter
  • 6 Tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder
  • 1 Tbsp yacon syrup, agave nectar or honey


  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kalahari Salt

Melt cacao butter in dehydrator or over very low heat into a liquid. Transfer to a bowl and add in rest of ingredients. Taste and adjust flavors. Pour liquid into molds or an ice cube tray and place in freezer to set. Store in tightly covered container in freezer or refrigerator. Share with loved ones!
